Nanotechnology in Agriculture - Exclusive Interview with the NIA

"NanoAgri is one of very many promising fields where the use of nanotechnologies can bring benefits to all parties involved in the agricultural chain, from input producers to farmers and consumers" comments Dr David Carlander, Director of Advocacy at the Nanotechnology Industries Association, in an exclusive interview with New AG International magazine in a feature article entitled Nanotechnology in Agriculture: When tiny stuff has huge effect on Plant Growth.

He continues to emphasise that the "EU has developed forward-looking policies and strategies where the application of nanotechnology in the agri-sector is one of the areas for development".
