NIA asks the European Commission for clarifications on nanomaterials and the EU biocides legislation

The Nanotechnology Industries Association (NIA) has recently sent a letter to the European Commission with a number of questions related to the status of existing active biocidal substances in nanoform. Key Changes to the UK’s Nanotechnology Governance

On the 4th April 2012, Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA), alerted all its stakeholders that the Nanotechnology Research Strategy Group (NRSG) structure and governance will change. The two key groups making up the new structure are a BIS-led Strategic Policy Officials Group on Nanotechnology; and a Ministerially-chaired Nanotechnology Strategy Forum (NSF), which will bring together industry, regulators and key stakeholders. Thomas Swan to develop a Scalable Manufacturing Process for Graphene

NanoKTN to release UK Nanotechnology Directory 2012
